The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at WebExtee™, you agree to the terms set forth below along with WebExtee’s Privacy Policy.
Refunds

Digital Purchases (Themes, Scripts, Codes): If you place an order by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, you can contact us to cancel the order within 1 hour. We will correct the order for you or issue a refund. Please note, that if the file is downloaded, no refund will be provided. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days Depending on the bank’s processing time for the refunds to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card balance.

Satisfaction with Services: If you are not satisfied with our work, we encourage you to provide detailed feedback so we can make necessary revisions to meet your expectations. If, after these efforts, you are still unsatisfied, a partial refund of 30% to 50% may be issued, depending on the circumstances.

Partial Refunds for Web Development Services: Partial Refunds are only available for web development services, and they may be issued based on the project’s scope.
Please be aware that all refunds are subject to proper verification and must adhere to our established policy guidelines.
